Les Adrets de l’Estérel

The village of Adrets-de-l’Estérel is a commune located in the Var in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. The village is at the extreme south-east of the Var, bordering with the Alpes-Maritimes, mainly Mandelieu-la-Napoule about 10km. An ideal location between sea and mountains. Well served, the village has two entrances through the National 7 and an entrance by the A8 motorway, it is easy to discover the surroundings. Indeed, its proximity allows to be at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea quickly. The nearest beach is in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, a neighboring town of Cannes. The village is also very close to Lake St. Cassien, part of which is on the town, and hilltop villages in the Pays de Fayence.

Notre Dame des Maures

The church of Adrets-de-l’Estérel was built in 1648. The first version was a small chapel without window, mainly built in blockage and rock materials exploited on the spot. It was enlarged in 1772 and renovated in 1995. Today it retains a rustic aspect with massive buttresses.
