Visiting the website and contacting us

Our information pages contain no forms collecting contact details. When you email us, we receive your address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to share.

This data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare your booking. Responding to a stay enquiry forms part of pre-contractual steps; communications needed to manage your stay form part of performing the contract.

Email enquiries are retained for one year. Documents relating to a booking remain subject to the retention periods associated with the contract and applicable obligations.

Booking and external services

The My account button uses the Thelis / eSeason customer service. Its widget loads from widget.edm.eseason.com and communicates with mw.edm.eseason.com to open your customer area. Login and account information is handled by this service under its privacy policy.

Availability searches and bookings take you to Thelisresa / Webcamp. Booking and payment information is processed within that service, according to the information presented during its booking process. This information website does not ask for your bank card number.

The Directions link opens Google Maps. No Google Maps map is embedded in our pages.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser contacts this service, which receives technical information needed for the request, among other details. The hosting platform may also process technical connection information to provide and secure the website.

Depending on your circumstances, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and exercise your right to object. Send your request to info@lesphilippons.com, specifying the data and communications concerned.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
